In June 2023, we launched the Transcend Program under our Physical Wellness pillar of LTIMindtree with 44 associates & 4 Leaders. "Transcend" means to go beyond and rise above a limitation or challenge, and that's exactly what this program aimed to achieve. We partnered with a fitness expert, OMFIT, to design this program based on three pillars: Simplicity | Consistency | Independence
 

The nutrition plan was designed by doctors and nutrition coaches at OMFIT after analyzing the participants’ blood reports and family history. This personalized approach led to improvements in important blood parameters such as Lipid profile, HbA1C, and Haemoglobin in some participants.
 

What sets Transcend apart from other programs is its focus on effort rather than outcome. Every individual is different, so results can vary. One person may lose 3 kilos in a week, while another may gain the required muscle mass.
 

Building consistency among the participants was our primary focus, which helped the participants adopt a healthy lifestyle.

Based on the overwhelming response to the first batch, the 2nd batch was formed with 89 participants and four leaders. Live exercise sessions were introduced in this batch to teach the proper form and technique of exercise. Some of their achievements are as follows:

• Total Steps - 18.89 Million

• Total Kilometres - 14,394 Kilometres

• Travelled 36% around the world

• Healthy Meals Consumed >4000

• Total Weight Loss - 94.9 kgs
   

Many participants have reported positive changes in their medical conditions and are now leading healthier lifestyles. One particular story moved us deeply. During her time with Transcend and OMFIT, a participant's dream of donating blood became a reality. Previously, she had been unable to donate due to consistently low blood sugar levels. However, her improved blood sugar levels made her eligible to donate blood, showcasing the power of lifestyle improvements. Building good habits is crucial for changing one's lifestyle.
